E-Commerce & Digital Experience Manager
Austin, TX (preferred) - remote accepted
Company
Elastique is a company built around a clear mission: helping people improve their health without sacrificing how they look or feel. We believe performance and confidence go hand in hand. Our products are designed to support real, lasting health outcomes while empowering people to feel great in their bodies, and this role plays a direct part in how that mission shows up online every day.
Role Overview
This role is for someone who already knows how to operate, but is hungry to learn faster, experiment boldly, and own outcomes.
The E-Commerce & Digital Experience Manager is responsible for how Elastique turns intent into impact, converting traffic into revenue while delivering a buying experience that reflects who we are and what we stand for. This role sits at the intersection of technology, experimentation, data, and customer experience, with full ownership over the execution and continuous optimization of Elastique’s digital buying journeys.
This is not a junior Shopify admin role, and it is not about checking every qualification box on a job description. If you have strong experience, move quickly, ask great questions, learn fast, and enjoy figuring things out, you will thrive here. We are looking for someone who is deeply curious, technically capable, and comfortable taking ownership, someone who experiments, measures, learns, and ships improvements continuously.
You will work closely with the Director of Growth Marketing to translate growth strategy into execution, while independently identifying opportunities to improve conversion, AOV, retention, and overall customer experience. You will actively use AI, analytics, and modern tools to move faster and smarter, and you will collaborate closely with a team that values speed, trust, and thoughtful debate.
If you want to hit the ground running, work with a fun, ambitious team, and help build something that genuinely improves people’s lives while scaling a world-class brand, this role was built for you.
