How long and how often should I wear them?
The choice is yours, but for best results, we suggest wearing them during any active movement. Studies show that 45 minutes, three times a week is effective for lymphatic benefits, but the more you move, the more you’ll benefit.
How should I care for my Elastique leggings?
We designed these to be easy-care! Machine wash them cold with similar colors and a gentle detergent on a delicate cycle and lay them flat or hang them to dry. Avoid the dryer – high heat can reduce compression longevity. We recommend refraining from using fabric softener.
Can I put them in the dryer?
To keep your leggings in top shape, we recommend air drying. The heat from a dryer can reduce their lifespan, so laying them flat or draping them is best.
