Our leggings are offered in different inseam lengths, depending on the style. This page is designed to help you understand what those measurements mean and choose the length that feels best for you.

The inseam (measured in inches) is the distance from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. It determines where the legging will fall on your leg — at the ankle, slightly above, or in a more cropped silhouette.

Beyond aesthetics, choosing the right inseam also helps avoid excess fabric, particularly around the ankle. Too much material can affect how graduated compression is distributed along the leg, which is why selecting the appropriate length is key to ensuring optimal performance and benefits.

Height & Style Guidelines (for reference)

  • 5’5” and under: Cropped 25” inseam is usually the best fit for a full-length look.

  • 5’6” and above: Full 27” inseam is typically ideal for a full-length fit.

Did I get short? Or length too long?

"I’m 5’7 and 27” normally fit perfectly but these just seem longer than my other leggings. Not sure if it is the material or cut but does not fit as smoothly as my other Elastique leggings. Sadly the material is see through not badly but I wore a darker shade underwear and to my disappointment I could see it."

"Following your chart size. I ordered a xl. The pink color is very nice but the leggings is way too big on me. The waist and the length, no compression and was easy to slip on. As I purchased the item on black Friday sale, am I able to get a smaller size? Here a picture comparison with a size large compression leggings I have."

Great addition to my Elastique collection!

"Love love love! The Rise leggings in Vie en Rose are super supportive and the color is fabulous. Love to wear after a workout to help encourage recovery and support achy muscles with supportive compression. I am usually a size 29 in pants (US). The large fit fine, I like my leggings a bit more compressive so I would probably get a medium next time. I also noticed if you have undergarments with a design darker colors may peek through the fabric. So make sure you do a check before heading out! Don’t hesitate, but these now."
